On April 23 and 24, Emilie hosted the world renowned Master Chef of French Cuisine Justin Quek for two days of epicurean delight. A fully packed food enthusiasts savour an 8-Course Menu Degustation for the dinner and 5-Course Menu Saveurs for lunch. During lunch, Justin performed a cooking demonstration, shared his personal experience and recipes which won him numerous accolades.

The chef is currently based in Taipei, was on his way back from Toulouse where he was invited to take part in the first annual “A Feast of World Gastronomy” gathering of 15 world renowned chefs. Despite his busy schedule he graciously accepted an offer to spend two days in Emilie to cook and entertained some 150 guests, most of whom are loyal customers.
